We do the hard work for those who want to put their money where their ethics are; using an authoritative assessment system (developed with our globally-respected expert board members) we only present those approved on design and sustainability merit; without compromise on any level, these superior purchase opportunities provide enriched consumer experiences; they have committed to sustainable progression across the board (meaning there’s no exploitation of people or planet behind the scenes) but they go beyond this with at least one exceptional eco or social dimension that intelligent luxe consumers can take lasting ‘feel-good’ factor from. As a Nueluxe member, you’ll be entitled to VIP offers and exclusives, and as you buy, book and share via Nueluxe.com, you can build up loyalty points which can be used against money-can’t-buy experiences.

None of us are perfect but we can all follow the leaders in our fields. As you’d expect, we use the sustainability criteria created by our experts for selecting the ‘truly aspirational’, to measure our own performance as a business. With a triple bottom line, we’re driven as much by finding creative solutions to social problems and making sure we don’t trash the environment as we are to growing the company. Beyond standard Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aims (which we see as business being done as it should be), we give both:
– a percentage of overall profits (we intend to donate a minimum of 10%) and
– consultancy time
…to our annual grassroots partner to help them increase their provision of education to some of the most vulnerable youngsters, including those who live on the streets. (There are 100 million+ according to Unicef, from Glasgow to Gujarat.) Inspired by the luminaries we showcase who channel luxe spending (which is growing exponentially) to where it’s needed most, via sustainable and dignified trade, we work in collaboration with experts in their fields to develop ‘Nueluxe’ solutions. Our year 1 grassroots partner is the Latin America Foundation for the Future (LAFF).
